Site Notes

There is NOW running water on site & it's drinkable.

Participants that are under 18 years old must have a parent/guardian present or a unit commander willing to take full responsibility for the whole weekend.

All period vehicles must have proof of insurance. When driving around the site, please use caution and drive slowly.

June 4-5, 2022

FRIDAY, JUNE 3, 2022

2:00pm Registration Opens at the Food Pavilion. Start setting up on site. Please Check In and Register before setting up. All Reenactors, Volunteers and Vendors must Register.  This is where you will find your campsite and get your meal ticket. If no one is there, go to the German Fallschirmjager camp.

10:00pm Registration Closes.

SATURDAY, JUNE 4, 2022

8:00am Registration Opens at the Food Pavilion. Start setting up on site. Please Check In and Register before setting up. All Reenactors, Volunteers and Vendors must Register.  This is where you will find your campsite and get your meal ticket. If no one is there, go to the German Fallschirmjager camp.

9:30am Safety & Authenticity at the West Field. All Units from All Time Periods will be formed up in their uniform and equipment with their firearm. Be sure to have a proper haircut for your time period.

Immediately following S&A, WW2 Commanders Meeting at the West Field.

9:45am All Reenactors will police their camps during the meeting. There will be NO modern items visible to the public.

9:45am All modern vehicles must be moved to the Reenactor parking lot.  NO exceptions.

10:00am Site Opens to the Public.

10:30am Flag raising at the Front Gate

11:30am Timeline weapons demo

12:30pm German communication equipment demo

1:00pm US GI grenade launching weapons demo

2:00pm Western Front Battle

3:30pm German communication weapons demo

4:30pm Flag Lowering at the Town Hall

5:00pm Site Closes to the Public.

6:30pm Reenactor Dinner at the Food Pavilion. All reenactors must have their meal ticket to get food. You will get your ticket when you register.

SUNDAY JUNE 5, 2022

10:00am Site Opens to the Public.

Reenactor & Vendor Registration

All HRS Rules Apply. SAFETY RULES and AUTHENTICITY RULES 

Non WWII Reenactors will need to follow the HRS Safety Rules.

Campsite Use

*Unit Commanders,Let us know; the name of your group, about how many are in your group and about how much space you need for your campsite. When you arrive at the event, you will sign a standard HRS waiver and be directed to your campsite.

*All Campsites will maintain a high level of authenticity during the public hours.  NO Modern items are to be seen during public hours.

Vendors

*Vendors will be outside.  Please let us know how much space you need. You will not be allowed to park a vehicle next to your vendor space. The parking lot is not far. You will be able to drive on site before 9:30am & after 5pm on Saturday & after 3pm on Sunday.

*There will be a fee of $40 for your Outdoor Space.  

*Please contact Eric Andringa if you are interested in reserving a space.
